BIM (Building Information Management) is being adopted rapidly. Currently it is required for public projects in some States, and some Federally funded projects as well. We here at H&M Technical Services are staying up-to-date with the latest developments as Software projects blend the 3D, 4D, and 5D models from their respective disiplines. Currently we can export our 5D Steel Structure model to the major review software packages, namely Revit & Navisworks. We can also import the Architectural model into our Steel Detailing program for coordination & clash detection.

A complete fire station with very detailed secondary items attached to the Structural Frame. The station houses a gymnasium, offices, classrooms, truck bays, and multi-purpose areas.
This project is currently under Engineering & Approval review.

Deanwood Community Center has been posted. Please see "Projects" page. This steel erection on this project is nearing completion. The scissor trusses in the pool area were the last major area to be erected. Erection and Detailing were sequenced into 4 areas to facilitate timely deliveries, and jobsite requirements.
